All operations are conducted within your own poliSCHOOL system, ensuring transparency and up-to-date tracking of activities.
Embedded directly within poliSCHOOL, Register Assist enables our team to serve as your virtual admissions office effectively. Register Assist tasks include:
- Communicating with prospective students
- Setting up automated tasks
- Navigating leads and applicants through the application stages
- Collecting all required documents for enrollment.
- Refining enrollment checklists
- Optimizing online application forms and processes
- Updating enrollment agreements as needed.
- Your poliSCHOOL System links to our Register Assist portal so that we are notified the instant you get a new inquiry, application, or uploaded document.
- We create a dedicated Register Assist user in your system so you can track all the activity, including emails, SMS messages, etc.
- We are fluent in the requirements for a student file and enrolling students. As such, we help create the checklists and protocols to ensure your school is following regulations.
- Register Assist does NOT get paid if a person enrolls. It is an administrative service that is priced based on the number of inquiries you get each month.
- Develop ongoing “evergreen” email campaigns to maintain consistent communication with potential school leads.
- Relieve your team from the task of compiling all necessary documentation for student files, allowing you to concentrate on educational responsibilities.
- Ensure optimal readiness for evaluations by state approval bodies and federal accreditation organizations.
