Register Assist is an admissions administration service available exclusively to vocational and career schools that use the poliSCHOOL platform. It combines the software and systems knowledge of those who develop and support poliSCHOOL, with the long-time experience of managing and completing admissions and enrollment tasks. 100% of the work and communication happens in your own poliSCHOOL system so you know exactly what’s happening at all times.
pSRA is fully integrated into poliSCHOOL so our staff can be the most effective virtual admissions representatives possible. We communicate with leads, guide them through the application process, and gather the paperwork necessary for students to enroll at your school. Beyond that, we help maintain and improve enrollment checklists, your online applications, and even your enrollment agreement.
On the first day of class, the student file seamlessly moves into the student information side of poliSCHOOL so your on-site staff manages all communication from that point forward.
